California Residents add 7.75% sales tax.

All babies are guaranteed against any pre-existing conditions; such as bacterial disorders, viruses or deformities. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after birds have been received. Any diagnosis of any pre-existing conditions must be made by a licensed avian veterinarian. Blackstone Aviaries' attending veterinarian must concur with the diagnosis and all laboratory tests and results shall be made available to same. In the event of a loss due to a pre-existing condition, Blackstone Aviaries reserves the right to either replace the loss or issue a refund. This guarantee is invalid if the bird's leg band is removed.

 

"Shipping Information"

 

All sales in California will have sales tax added. We ship throughout the US via major airlines and shipping runs about $85.00 to $135.00. There is no extra charge for crating & a health certificate is $40.00 if required. We require a non-refundable deposit to hold a baby until the baby is to be delivered. The balances is due within 10 days of notification that the baby is ready for delivery. We will sell preweaned babies only if you have had lots of experience and you insist. A newly weaned baby will bond and love you just as well as if you had hand-fed them. We are more then happy to deliver a "Finished Product" to you.

 

Deposits

 

Deposits are $200 except Hyacinths which are $2000.00.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we do not have a baby for you in the current season.
